Mumbai route temporary suspension for period 01AUG23-30MAR24

Hotspot
Published Updated

Finnair is temporarily discontinuing Mumbai flights from 1st of August 2023 until 30th of March 2024.

The reason is to operate a traffic plan that is as economically viable as possible, and this temporary route discontinuation is done for commercial and network optimization reasons.

Daily flights to Delhi continue and Mumbai flights will be resumed for the summer season 2024.

Customers who have bookings on Mumbai flights will receive cancellation message directly from Finnair and can then seek a refund for the flight ticket, or choose an alternative flight, when available. All the PNRs are expected to be processed by the end of Tuesday 6th of June.

Unfortunately rerouting options are limited. If there are no available solutions within the guidelines below, refund is the only option.
