Finnair NDC -toiminnallisuudet

NDC:n toiminnallisuuksista puhuttaessa matkatoimiston prosessit jaetaan kahteen osaan:

  • Tarjouksen hallinta (Offer management), joka sisältää matkatoimiston prosessit lentohausta (lennot + lisäpalvelut) siihen asti, kunnes varaus (Order) on tehty. Tällä hetkellä varauksesta muodostuu edelleen PNR.
  • Varauksen hallinta (Order management), joka sisältää kaikki toiminnot, jota varaukselle (PNR) tehdään sen luomisen jälkeen.
