NDCでは、旅行代理店のエンドツーエンドフローは、2つのパートに分かれています。

  • オファーの管理には、オファー(フライト+付随サービス)の検索からオーダー作成まで、旅行代理店による処理作業が含まれており、これは予約/PNRに相当します。
  • オーダーの管理には、オーダー/予約/PNRの作成後に発生する旅行代理店の処理作業が含まれています。
