为了确保重要机票代理商有票出售、芬兰航空与他们的合作顺利、带来更好地预订体验、减少不必要的分销成本，芬兰航空在 2009 年推出了《预订与出票规定》。所有交易均受到监督，以侦测预订和出票滥用情况。
