TK-status followed by a schedule change on booking

We kindly want to remind you about the correct procedure regarding notification of schedule changes.

In case there is a schedule change on a flight and due to that the flight status is TK, please don’t update the status as HK until the passenger has accepted the new schedule. Changing to HK status is interpreted as an acceptance of the new schedule.

Customer is entitled for involuntary refund if the schedule change is more than one hour. After the acceptance of the new schedule the ticketed fare rules, including refund conditions, will be valid.
