Names
Inserting individual names to a Group PNR please check the following Easy link.
All names are required latest upon ticketing. Other airlines might require names and ticketing earlier (e.g. 31 days before departure). Therefore, check carefully PNR remarks.
Amadeus GDS system sends group names to other airlines one month prior to departure.
If names needed earlier, please follow these instructions:
– enter names and do EOT
– retrieve the PNR
– enter transaction code NT and do EOT to send the names to all airlines involved in group booking
Name changes on Finnair operated flights can be made free of charge until ticketing. Charges apply for name changes/corrections after ticketing and the fees are paid by EMD-S. If other airline is included in the group reservation Finnair cannot guarantee that the name change/correction is permitted.
