Technical error on YR surcharge collection on short-haul routes - Issue solved

Unfortunately YR removal on European and Domestic Finland routes’ fares didn’t go as planned – there is a technical error causing YR to show on top of new base fare.

So eg, if there is a fare of 100EUR net + 50EUR YR’s, the base fare should be now 150EUR and no YR fee. Due to this error, fare is incorrectly showing 150EUR net + 50EUR YR.

This issue is affecting only Amadeus users, Sabre and Travelport are working as should.

The error is being fixed but it may take some time, current estimation in hours or a few days at maximum.
We will update more info here once the error has been fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Update: Finnair has informed Amadeus early morning about the issue and Amadeus is working on corrective actions to get it fixed the soonest. The best estimate is that Amadeus will be able to fix it during today 5^th Oct.
Please notice that fares are not to be manually re-priced, current fares available to be used.

Issue solved: Amadeus has fixed the pricing issue around 7.30 p.m. UTC+3 5^th Oct so automatic pricing is working normally again.
