Service break in Finnair Plus program

Finnair Plus will enter a new era on 9 March 2024. Our program will become spend-based and we will adopt Avios as our new loyalty currency. Learn more about the change.

We will implement all the changes into our systems from Friday 8 March (18:00 EET) to Monday 11 March (07:00 EET) 2024.

During that time, some of the Finnair Plus services will be unavailable. You can read all the details about the affected services during the service break on Finnair.com. We will also update all the Finnair Plus-related webpages, and between 8 and 11 March, some of the information on the pages may not be fully up to date. 

During the service break, customers can continue to enjoy all other tier benefits related to baggage, airport services and flights, such as priority services at the airport, baggage allowance and lounge access.

After the service break, customers will be able to see their updated Avios and tier point balance and transactions.
