Linking reservations replaced with a new SK LKRL element

Update 04MAR24: Instructions for other GDSs added.

We have replaced OSI TCP (Total Complete Party) element with a new SK LKRL (Linking by Record Locator) element for linking reservations. This will broaden the use of linking the PNRs.

The new SK element must be used to link children to adults in different PNRs*, but it can also be used for linking tier members to their families or travel parties in different PNRs.

SK LKRL element will link the customers in our online check-in system and will book seats automatically together.

The biggest benefits of using the SK LKRL become most visible in disruption situations, when PNRs linked with this element will be rebooked to the same alternative flights.

The SK LKRL uses a PNR code to link the PNRs. Segment can be used to link customers on specific flights only.

Example commands in different GDSs:

Amadeus: SK LKRL AY-XXXXXX

Galileo: SI.AY*LKRL.HK1-XXXXXX

Note: Do not use the record locator of your GDS but that generated by the airline.

Worldspan: 3OSI AY LKRL.HK1-XXXXXX

Note: Do not use the record locator of your GDS but that generated by the airline.

Apollo: @OSIAY LKRL.HK1-XXXXXX

Note: Do not use the record locator of your GDS but that generated by the airline.

(XXXXXX = PNR to be linked)

In case of any other GDS or NDC booking, please contact Finnair Agent Help Desk for linking.

*Reservations must be linked together when a child under 12-years-old travels together with his/her parents or some other adult and they have separate reservations.
