Hong Kong Aug-Sep 2022 cancellations

Finnair operations D7 AY99 to Hong Kong and D1 AY100 from Hong Kong for 14 Aug - 05 Sep 2022 will be cancelled.

Unfortunately, offering of replacement flights is limited. 

Please note that these cancellations are made due to our normal traffic optimization, not due to restrictions set by the Hong Kong officials. We are extremely sorry for this situation.  
We recommend our customers to postpone travel or seek refund of the unused part of the ticket and/or possible travel extras.

Please note that D4 AY99 to Hong Kong and D5 AY100 from Hong Kong operations will be operated (in August until 05th September) 1x weekly as planned.

Changes: rebook to a later date, maximum 360 days onwards from the day you are making the change (rebook on same route, rebook to original booking class or lowest available in same cabin, no rerouting to other airline allowed) 

Refunds: process refund directly in your own GDS if that is not possible, process refund via BSP/ARC. No additional waiver code needed, the SSR INVOL permits a full refund which can be made directly in your own GDS or BSPLink). 

HKG flight cancellations AY100 has been already processed and AY99 will be processed soon, all customers affected by cancellations will be notified.
