Flights between Helsinki and Guangzhou resume on September 6th

We will operate a weekly service between Helsinki (HEL) and Guangzhou (CAN) in China, starting on the 6th of September 2022. The flight will be operated with an Airbus A350 aircraft, with departures from Helsinki on Tuesdays and departures from Guangzhou on Thursdays. Flights are available in the GDS on 1st of August. 

The Guangzhou flight offers connectivity to a range of Finnair’s European destinations with transfer testing, as required by the Chinese authorities, available at Helsinki Airport for the flight to Guangzhou. Further instructions are available in the travel updates page on finnair.com.

We also continue to fly to Shanghai once a week on Thursdays with a return flight from Shanghai on Saturdays. The flights to Hong Kong also operate once a week on Thursdays with a return on Fridays until early September when we will add one more flight on Sundays, returning on Mondays.
