Flexible ticket change policy extended until 31 May 2022

We want our passengers still to be able to book flights and make travel plans worry-free and flexibly with us and therefore we have extended our flexible ticket change policy until 31 May 2022. For tickets issued from the 1st of June 2022 onwards, our normal fare rules apply. 

Fare conditions in GDS have been updated accordingly, as well as our Covid-19 instructions in Easy.

Our customer service and agent info is currently extremely busy with contacts from customers and agents; if your issue is not urgent or it concerns flights departing more than 60 days in the future, we kindly ask you to contact us later.

We are also very happy to announce that lots of new colleagues have started at our call centers which will gradually start to ease the situation.
