Checked baggage allowance change for long-haul Business Class

We are returning the checked baggage allowance for our long-haul Business Class customers. When the ticket is purchased on or after 11 December 2023, long-haul Business Class customers with a Classic and Flex ticket can take two checked bags with them, each of which can weigh a maximum of 32 kg. Previously, the baggage allowance included one bag weighing 23 kg.

The carry-on baggage allowance will remain unchanged, and your customers can take a carry-on bag (55x40x23 cm) and a small bag (40x30x15 cm), which together weigh up to 12 kg when travelling in Business Class.
