Due to the coronavirus situation, we do not currently accept new bookings to carry a pet in the hold (AVIH) of our wide body aircraft on intercontinental flights. The restriction is valid from 9.6.2021 until further notice.

We will carry all pets with bookings confirmed before 9.6.2021. Carrying pets in the hold on our European flights continues normally.

There still are lots of changes in our flights and schedules due to the pandemic. This also causes uncertainty for carrying pets and worry for our customers, as we for example are unable to confirm the transportation well in advance. We know how important pets are to our customers, and we don’t want to offer our customers such services that we can’t necessarily deliver in the expected manner. We do our best to be able to start the service soon again.
