Amadeus joins Finnair NDC journey
Finnair’s journey towards improved distribution and ending all EDIFACT distribution by the end of 2025 continues as our content is now available on Amadeus Selling Platform Connect in 32 EMEA markets.
Finnair’s NDC content is available from 25th of October 2022 for IATA accredited travel agents who have Finnair ticketing rights and who have Amadeus NDC activated. Our NDC content is now available in the following EMEA markets:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.

When will Finnair NDC content be available via Amadeus?
Finnair NDC content is available in the above-mentioned countries from the 25th of October 2022.
What is the content I will get?
Same NDC content will be provided regardless of agent´s choice of aggregator or connectivity method.

Is there a surcharge if I use Amadeus to access Finnair NDC content?
No, there is no surcharge when you use NDC content via a certified Finnair NDC aggregator. If you choose to continue to use EDIFACT content, then the EDIFACT distribution surcharge applies.
What do I need to do to get access to Finnair´s NDC content on the Amadeus Travel Platform?
You must register yourself as a Finnair NDC seller which you can do here. Your travel agency must also have Amadeus NDC activated (please consult your local Amadeus support on how to do that if you don’t already have NDC activated).
