AJB Tour Operator Fares: Notification of Changes to Penalties on fares originating from Europe

The Atlantic Joint Business (AJB) partners (British Airways, American Airlines, Finnair & Iberia) would like to update you on changes we will be making to the Tour Operator/Cruise product from Europe to North Atlantic.

To support our trade partners and offer more options for our customers the Penalty conditions on AJB Tour Operator/Cruise products from Core Europe to North Atlantic are changing to reflect those of the published base fare from Monday 11 July 2022. Therefore Change, Refund and No-show conditions will be aligned to the published fares.

We launched two new fare brands on AJB routes in February 2021 offering our customers flexibility. These Upsell Products offer refundability options and changes free of charge, and filed within our Tour Operator/Cruise fare proposition.

Existing bookings made before this change will follow the fare conditions at time of booking.
