A technical issue affecting emails sent to Finnair Agent Helpdesk - issue solved

We have noticed a technical issue with our service provider which affects to emails sent to Finnair Agent Helpdesk. At the moment emails are not coming through and we are working with a solution. Emails sent during 26th May have been affected. 

Please notice that our phone service is working in case you have an urgent case.

We will inform as soon as a solution is in place. We apologize for any inconvenience.
 

Update 26May at 22.20 EEST: The issue has been solved and system is working again. Messages sent during 26th May are coming through so there is no need to resend them.
