PrioFlex - new ticket type for business travellers

We are launching a completely new ticket type, Prio Flex, in February 2024 that is specifically designed for business travellers. It is implemented as a new ticket type along with Light/Superlight, Classic and Flex to offer additional comfort at the airport when travelling in economy class.

PrioFlex is similar to Flex ticket type in Economy and Premium Economy but including priority check-in, security, and boarding.

Fare rules and other benefits like baggage allowance, advance seat reservation, onboard service and Finnair Plus points multiplier all imitate Flex ticket type.

Available for all corporates holding a valid agreement

PrioFlex is automatically available exclusively for Finnair corporate customers with a valid corporate agreement. 

PrioFlex is discounted with same logic as Flex ticket type and the fares are automatically accessible on the same routes that are already covered by the company’s agreement, but excluding AJB or SJB routes. PrioFlex is combinable with other Finnair ticket types. 

The fares are bookable via NDC and our Corporate Portal at Finnair.com as of 27 February 2024. 

At the time of booking, PrioFlex can be identified by its fare family name.

Corporates who don´t hold an active agreement with Finnair can join Finnair Corporate Programme at finnair.com/businesstravel to benefit from this new ticket type on top of discounts and other benefits.

Easy to use

Priority services included in PrioFlex tickets are visible in passenger’s boarding pass in a similar way as when travelling with Business Classic/Flex tickets.

Airports with priority security are subject to availability and are listed on Finnair.com. Priority check-in and boarding are available on all routes the PrioFlex is bookable.
