The Singapore authorities have imposed requirements for customers arriving in the country.

Customer is required to submit a health declaration before arrival via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service at https://bit.ly/3Ddl6lG or by downloading the mobile application. Customer will receive a Pdf of completed electronic health card by email, which must be printed and shown at the boarding gate before the flight. If customer is traveling via Singapore, he/she is not required to complete the health declaration. Customer needs to take a coronavirus test prior to travel, even if he is fully vaccinated.

When traveling via Singapore, customer must note that:

  • Airside transit on low-cost carriers is not allowed, as low-cost carriers do not have transfer facilities available at SIN. All travelers must fulfil the SIN entry requirements, as they must clear immigration at SIN to take their connecting flight.
  • If the traveler's final destination country/region has a pre-departure test requirement, travelers are advised to take their pre-departure tests at the originating country as such testing services are not available during transit in Singapore.

For further information about travelling through Singapore please see Changi Airport’s webpage here.

Traveller is always responsible for ensuring that they fulfil the requirements of their final destination and possible transit country.
