More flights to Europe for summer 2023: new destinations include Ljubljana, Bodø and Milan Linate Airport

News

We have updated our traffic programme for the summer season 2023 and are adding frequencies to several European capitals, such as Berlin, Copenhagen and Riga. During the summer season, we fly to more than 50 European destinations. At the same, we will update schedules for Los Angeles and Shanghai flights but otherwise our long-haul network remains as previously announced. In total our long-haul network includes 16 destinations during upcoming summer season.

We are introducing Bodø as a new destination in Finnair network, with three weekly flights during the high season. Ljubljana will also return to our destination selection after the break. In addition, we will start flying to the conveniently located Linate Airport in Milan, in addition to flying to Milan’s Malpensa Airport.

We fly to most European capitals at least twice a day, which also serves business travellers well. Also included are the popular vacation destinations, such as Rhodes and Alicante.

The completely renewed Helsinki Airport hub offers our customers a fast and smooth transfer experience. Updated schedules are now visible in the GDS and NDC channels, as well as Finnair.com.

All the schedule changes and cancellations for existing bookings are expected to be processed to the PNRs by Friday 20th of January. Full details and instructions on how to handle schedule changes can be found here.
