Juneyao Airlines flights to China suspended

As of 16 February 2021 Juneyao Airlines operations to/from Shanghai (HO1608) and Zhengzhou (HO1666) will be suspended temporarily due to restrictions set by the Chinese government. Finnair flights to/from Shanghai continue operating normally.

There are also customers connecting from/to HO cancelled flights, e.g. from the UK. Most of these customers have separate tickets for AY UK-HEL & HO HEL-China. As AY flights from/to the UK operate normally, flight segments are not UN nor PNRs handled by SR. However, customers will NOT be accepted on board the inbound flights to HEL since their HO connx is cancelled.

SMS have been sent to inform the affected customers (20-21FEB AY1332, AY1338, AY1374, AY1366, connection from the UK to HO-flight to China on 21-22FEB). For re-arrangement of the ticket, customers need to contact the ticket issuing company.
