Please note that due to the Russian ruble's instability, it's not possible for now to buy or change flights originating from Russia through Finnair channels or travel agencies in Russia.

Refunds
Refund capability via GDSs is unavailable until further notice. Refund applications (RA) can be submitted via BSPLink (please see Refund instructions for general instructions on BSPLink RA submission). Please take a note of the below:

  1. When original flight document is paid via BSP with cash settlement, RA will be handled as usual. Refund handling time being 7 days at the moment.
  2. When original flight document is paid via BSP with credit card issued in Russia, RA will be rejected as the payments of refund are stopped by credit card schemes in RUB currency until further notice. Please submit RA only when credit card companies have reinstated their operations in Russia. As per the credit card companies’ terms and conditions, form of payment cannot be changed. We ask for your customers’ patience. Refund will be released when the payments of refund have been reinstated by the credit card companies, and after RA submission from agent’s side. Same instructions apply in case of flight document issued outside of Russia, with credit card issued in Russia.
  3. When original flight document is paid via BSP with credit card issued outside of Russia, refund in Russian ruble (RUB) is not currently possible because the payments of refund will be stopped by credit card schemes. You can however raise an RA and we will inform you separately via RA on the options.

If in doubt where customer’s credit card is issued, please cross-check with customer, and then consider the above options.
