16AUG21: Service concept information added

To support Finnair’s re-build in the new market situation, Finnair is collaborating with its Oneworld partner Iberia and has leased an aircraft and crew from Iberia for BCN and MAD routes.

In the flights operated by our Oneworld partner Iberia, the entire crew, including flight crew and cabin, is from Iberia and they serve customers in English and Spanish.

In Business Class, customers are served a 3-course meal with beverages. In Economy Class, customers can enjoy complimentary water and juice. Please note that pre-order meals are not available for these flights and therefore, customers may also bring their own food for the flight. On flights to/from Madrid customers may also buy some refreshments and snacks from Iberia’s Onboard menu.

The Internet service is available for all customers and the charge depends on the chosen Internet plan. You can see more information here.

We’ll do our best to inform all customers on any of the flights affected about the changed operator via SMS and/or e-mail.
