Hong Kong June 2022 cancellations

The authorities of Hong Kong have set travel restrictions for Finnair flights to/from Hong Kong and therefore all Hong Kong flights operated between 02 - 30 June 2022 will be cancelled. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a new flight for customers affected by the cancellations as the rerouting options are virtually non-existent. We are extremely sorry for this situation. 

We recommend our customers to postpone travel or seek refund of the unused part of the ticket and/or possible travel extras.

Changes: rebook to a later date, maximum 360 days onwards from the day you are making the change (rebook on same route, rebook to original booking class or lowest available in same cabin, no rerouting to other airline allowed)

Refunds: process refund directly in your own GDS or if that is not possible, process refund via BSP/ARC. No additional waiver code needed, the SSR INVOL permits a full refund which can be made directly in your own GDS or BSPLink).

HKG flight cancellations will be processed during 03May and all customers affected by cancellations have been notified.
