Exceptional change/refund policy on flights to and from China between 28Jan – 08Mar

Due to Chinese New Year, The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has set the below exceptions to be followed on flights to/from China for tickets purchased before 00.00 a.m. 27Jan 2021.
 

For departures between 28Jan - 03Feb:
Full refund permitted. Please add OS AY REFUND DUE TO CAAC RESTRICTIONS to the booking in this case.

Changes until departure with fare difference (if applicable) waived to be allowed. Please use the following OS-remark in this case: OS AY CHANGE DUE TO CAAC RESTRICTIONS
 

For departures between 04Feb - 08Mar:
Full refund until 7 days prior departure is allowed. Please add OS AY REFUND DUE TO CAAC RESTRICTIONS to the booking in this case.

In case of less than 7 days prior departure, the ticketed refund policy is to be followed.

Changes can be made as per our Book with Confidence policy, that allows changes in any ticket type latest 72h before departure. The collection of fare difference may be waived in this case.
