Changes to reservations on Finnair flights to and from China – updated 29Jan

Due to the corona virus cases in China, we have made changes to our cancellation and change policies for our flights to and from China during 25 January to 23 February 29 February 2020. 

Preconditions

• 105 -ticket issued before 28 January 2020
• Travel is 25 January – 23 February 29 February 2020
• Flights are marketed and operated by Finnair or Norra
• Ticketed itinerary is to/from Greater China (incl. HKG)

Actions

• Change travel until 31 May 2020. Same booking class only. Add to PNR OS AY POSTPONE OF TRAVEL DUE CORONA. Reissue the ticket in involuntary mode, no additional collection.
• Full refund. Add to PNR or to refund application in BSP/ARC OS AY REFUND DUE CORONA
