BCN and MAD cancellations

Finnair BCN and MAD flights are unfortunately cancelled until the end of September 2020.

In case the booked flight was cancelled, you can offer your customers the following options:

• Rerouting to MXP or FCO free of charge on AY direct flights, using the same/lowest possible booking class in the same travel class. Ticket price difference or any extra expenses (e.g. ground transport and hotel) will not be compensated by AY. Please add OS AY REROUTE TO XXX DUE TO MAD/BCN CANCELLATION.
• Full refund of the unused part of the ticket and travel extras via GDS or BSP link. Please add: OS AY REFUND DUE TO CORONA.

 Please note: Postponing to a later date is not permitted due to the uncertain situation caused by Covid-19.
