*Issue fixed* Technical issue causing cancellations on some PNRs after flights are booked

UPDATE 04MAY: The ongoing issue with unwanted segment cancellations has been located to the Amadeus Ticketing Time Limit functionality. 

We have implemented an interim solution by making temporary changes in our TTL robotics to avoid the bookings being cancelled too early. 

Amadeus is working on a fix for the issue which should be in place either Thursday 04May or Friday 05May. We will provide update on this the soonest.

UPDATE 05MAY: Amadeus is still working on to provide a (full) fix for the issue and next update is expected on Monday 08May. Our interim solution has been effective and the number of cases has decreased significantly (if not almost completely).

UPDATE 11MAY: We are still waiting for a (full) fix from Amadeus for the issue on a high priority. Fortunately most of the bookings in the last days have gotten correct date and time for ticketing time limit.

UPDATE 06JUN: A full fix is in place and no issues have encountered any longer.

There is an ongoing technical error caused by ticketing time limit robotics leading to cancellation of segments from some PNRs almost instantly after they're booked. 

For the time being, ticketing time limit (OPW/OPC element) must be corrected by Finnair Agent Help Desk. You can find the contact details here
