AY1305 and AY1306 flights to and from Amsterdam on 7 July – 28 August will be cancelled

AY1305 HEL-AMS and AY1306 AMS-HEL between 7 July – 28 August 2022 will be cancelled due to Amsterdam airport is limiting arriving and departing traffic. Traffic at AMS airport is restricted from all airlines. We will start processing cancellations on 23 June.

AY1301/2 will be operated normally.

In early July AY1301/2 flights are quite full so we are not able to reaccommodate all customers from affected AY1305/6 flights.  

Unfortunately, the availability of flights is currently limited due to restricted traffic and there is no rerouting options available either for other airlines.

Changes: rebooking allowed to a later date until 30Sep2022 (rebook on same route, rebook to original booking class or lowest available in same cabin, no rerouting to other airline allowed). 

For customers who we are not able to offer a solution, destination can also be changed to another AY European destination. Possible fare difference to be collected in this case.

Refunds: process refund directly in your own GDS or if that is not possible, process refund via BSP/ARC. No additional waiver code needed, the SSR INVOL permits a full refund which can be made directly in your own GDS or BSPLink).
