*Issue fixed* Finnair customer service not able to send emails

UPDATE 18MAR: The error has been located and the issue fixed. 

We have had a technical error in sending emails since Sunday 17 March. This affects both agent helpdesk and group email addresses. 

Your emails are received and actioned, if possible, but we cannot reply to them at the moment. In case you are expecting a reply to your email, please call or chat to reach us. 

We are working to get the issue solved as soon as possible and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We will update this article once the issue is solved.
