Finnair Ticketing Authority

To enable smooth onboarding for our travel agent partners and to have better visibility on agencies' compliance, Finnair has introduced the ticketing authority application process.  

To apply for Finnair ticketing authority, please fill in and submit the application form. The processing time may take up to 7 business days and you will be notified separately via email.  

The application process applies to all requests including: 

• Newly accredited travel agents with less than one year of operations

• Established travel agents with no Finnair ticketing authority 

• Agents with existing ticketing authority who are requesting ticketing authority for additional IATA locations

• Agents requesting a reactivation of Finnair ticketing authority 

Please note that all agents must comply with Finnair's Booking and Ticketing Policy, and Payment Policy.
