Introducing Finnair for Business

We have great news to share! We have renewed our business travel offering today and the Finnair Corporate Program is renamed as Finnair for Business, with enhanced benefits for our corporate customers. 

New Finnair for Business benefits:

• 7 % discount on Flex and PrioFlex tickets (Long haul and short haul, excluding domestic Finland travel and Joint business routes)
• Complimentary seat selection (Standard & Preferred, up to 72h before departure)
• Extra care in case of disruption (We will offer the best available alternative flight if customer´s flight is cancelled or they miss their connecting flight on the same ticket. We are flexible and go the extra mile to find more options to meet your customer´s needs)

There are no changes in the reservation process; the corporate pricing codes and client codes (CLIDs) remain the same. 

Whenever you are pricing a Finnair booking with a country or corporate-specific corporate pricing code, it is mandatory also to add the corporate customer’s client code in the reservation. The client code is entered with a CLID (Corporate Identifier) element. Soft benefits (complimentary seat selection and extra care in case of disruption) are only redeemable in bookings that have a valid CLID. Redeeming the soft benefits do not however require using a corporate fare.  The extra care is taken into account in the alternative flight provided by us and does not require any further actions from travel agency partners.
