Finnair Easy, our portal for travel agent partners, is designed to help and instruct, however sometimes human interaction is needed. Our Agent Help Desk is there to support you along the way whenever you have any questions. When contacting our Agent Help Desk, make sure to have your agency IATA number at hand.

  • Irregularity issues 
  • SSR confirmations 
  • Special baggage inquiries 
  • Seat confirmations and flight segment confirmations 
  • Non-revenue booking class confirmations
