Add Group Leader details for group bookings

Apologies for all disruptions! 

Due to a technical problem disruption notifications are not sent for ticketed groups. If there is no Group Leader for the group, please add your own contact details to that field. The same applies if you rather wish to have the notifications to yourself than to the "real" Group Leader. This way you will get an automatic message of every rebooking in involuntary situations. 

If you do not receive any notification for a non-ticketed group, please report those FGT file numbers to the Group Sales Support team.
