Payment Policy
To inform our valued travel agent partners, as well as to enhance transparency in payment methods accepted by Finnair, please find Finnair Payment Policy via below link.
All travel agents are advised to read Finnair Payment Policy before issuing any documents, to ensure that Payment Policy is followed, and documents are reported to Finnair with correct form of payment. Please be reminded that payment card in name of travel agent is not allowed. An agent that wishes to use its own card to issue tickets using an airline’s merchant agreement must obtain the airline’s explicit consent prior to using its card.
All transactions are monitored to detect payment violations.
Important!
Related to payments for additional services or changes to NDC bookings by Finnair Agent Help Desk.
If servicing of NDC bookings is limited due to missing NDC capabilities, as an exception to Finnair Payment Policy, it is allowed to use payment card in the name of travel agent to exchange or book additional services for ticketed NDC bookings via Finnair Agent Help Desk.
Note that BSP or ARC settlement payment methods are not possible for services added by Finnair Agent Help Desk.
The exception is valid until 31 December 2025.
