Dear partner,

Here are the latest updates from our team.

Version 21.3 will also be paving way for the future, as we will introduce Ancillary combo also to NDC – and all these new exciting capabilities will only be available for 21.3. So if you haven’t yet, now it is the time to start thinking about migrating to 21.3 and you are warmly invited to contact us at ndc-support@finnair.com to start discussions for NDC 21.3 migration. Visit our 21.3 benefits page on Easy for more information |
New features for NDC version 21.3With NDC version 21.3, we are able to introduce new exiting features, bringing more value to our partners – and it’s only getting better from here. Here are some of the new features we have already introduced in 21.3, or will introduce soon:

With the new ancillary, customer can use priority check-in desk and priority security lane at the airport as they usually are faster than standard check-in and security, saving time and giving peace of mind at the airport. See implementation guidelines for this product on our Easy partner portal |
Technical updatesImplementation of Agency name in NDC API We are pleased to announce the implementation of the Agency Name field in our NDC APIs. For Version 21.3: For Version 18.1: This enhancement is designed to improve transparency and accuracy across transactions, ensuring that agency details are consistently available throughout the booking process. To fully leverage this improvement, we kindly ask you to verify and ensure that the Agency Name field is correctly populated and transmitted in your NDC API messages. |
Kind regards,
