A new group booking platform “Finnair Group Travel” launched for travel agent partners
For us to be able to serve our group travel agents faster and better, we have now launched a new online platform for group bookings. This is also a step towards more modern distribution; our group travel agent partners will now get
- a 24/7 access to real-time group availability
- a tool to compare prices for different flights and dates
- to quote, book, enter names and amend booking before ticketing
- to issue tickets online with deposits used against the total amount.
You can find all the details of group travel on Finnair’s flights as well as information on the new service in Easy under Group Travel navigation (remember to select your country first to see all the details of Finnair Group Travel).
The new platform is launched in phases; the service is now available for Finnish and Scandinavian agents from 4th of May with other European markets following at the beginning of June, then the rest of the world in mid-June 2021.
The new Finnair Group Travel platform is available for IATA-registered agents and the use of the Finnair Group Travel portal requires a registration.
