Fare guarantee for TO fares from Europe

Please be informed that we have implemented the price guarantee to all TO fares from Europe effective 18Feb 2020.
This will allow agents to price TO fare valid at the time of booking by using the past date pricing entry. Basic pricing entry will be used at the time of booking (eg. 18Feb20).
An example of the re-pricing entry on the day of ticketing: FXP/R,U,18FEB20.
Past date pricing entry will re-price flights with the same fare that was available at the time of booking, however the pricing will be tagged as manually priced fare.
The text related to this will be added to the fare rules under “Advance res and Ticketing” condition as below:
“TOUR OPERATOR FARE -BASE FARE AND YQ/YR-IS GUARANTEED AT TIME OF BOOKING AND MUST BE STORED IN THE PNR. IF TICKETINGING IS AT TIME OF ISSUANCE INHIBITED DUE EXPIRED TST REPRICE THE TST WITH PAST DATE INPUT. AIRPORT TAXES VALID AT THE TIME OF TICKETING MUST BE APPLIED AND MANUALLY STORED.
FARE IS NOT GUARANTEED IF ANY OF SEGMENTS ARE CHANGED. IN SUCH CASE ITINERARY MUST BE REPRICED WITH ACTUAL FARE VALID AT THE TIME OF REBOOKING. NEW FARE MUST BE STORED IN TST.”
