for us to be able to serve our group travel agents faster and better, we are now launching a new online platform for group bookings, Finnair Group Travel. Please find more information in this email as well as an invitation to a Teams Live event where go through the main functionalities of our new online tool.


NEW ONLINE BOOKING TOOL FOR FINNAIR GROUP TRAVEL

With our new Finnair Group Travel online tool, we take a step towards more modern distribution and our group travel agent partners will now get

    •    24/7 access to real-time group availability
    •    a tool to compare prices for different flights and dates
    •    to quote, book, enter names and amend booking before ticketing
    •    to issue tickets for group reservations online without deposit refunds.

Finnair Group Travel is launched in the Czech Republic on the 1st of June and you can find all the details of group travel on Finnair’s flights as well as information on the new service at easy.finnair.com/cz-en under Group Travel on that same day.

The new Finnair Group Travel platform will be available for IATA-registered agents and the use of the Finnair Group Travel portal requires a registration. Non-IATA group travel agents; please contact your ticketing IATA agent for more information.

We are holding a Teams Live event to demonstrate the key functionalities and to give top tips on how to navigate through the new Finnair Group Travel platform on the 3rd of June at 13:00. You can join the Teams Live by clicking here. The number of participants from one agency is not limited so feel free to forward this email together with the attached calendar invitation to your colleagues as well. We recommend that at least one agency representative joins the presentation.
